IMPORTANT INFO FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK: 

Due to the impact of Brexit, deliveries outside the UK could take more than 14 working days to arrive. We hope to return to normal delivery windows in the near future and we are hard at work on rectifying this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience.

We make every effort to deliver your order within the stated delivery windows, but please be aware that we can't always guarantee this. Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please call the number on the card to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Returning an Item

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, please notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt of your order at customer.services@visionlinens.com or by telephone on: (+44) 01254 589 550*

When returning items we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please note: Do not send returned products to our Head Office.

If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).

Cancelling your Order

You may only cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you must email us within 14 working days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number. This includes items ordered by you in error and items that are no longer required. You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned in saleable condition, a refund will be made. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order.
